Celtic Knots are a tradition going back to the earliest times of the Celtic People. They can be found on Church doors, tombstones, sidewalks, or virtually anyplace clear enough to draw on. Most of the knots you'll find on this page are my own design, though there are a few I copied when I was learning. | ![]() |
This is one of the first one's I drew.
A simple 2 strand weave on the outside,
and a single strand weave in the center with a ring.
Crosses are a common theme in Celtic knots after Christainity came to the
Isles.
